PT Sriboga Flour Mill held a Baking Workshop as well as a digital business seminar entitled Sriboga Bakery & Pastries Fiesta. "Bakery Innovation & Digital Smartpreneur" was the theme in the activity which was held on Thursday (3/10/2019), at the Lorin Hotel.
Panca Indria Pristiawan as Sales Operation & Support Manager of PT Sriboga Flour Mill revealed that the baking workshop and digital business seminar in Solo this time was the seventh time in Indonesia in the period since mid-2019.
"This activity is part of a promotional event as well as providing education to SMEs under our guidance. SMEs are thoroughly educated, starting from production, packaging innovation to online marketing, "he explained.
The SME Manager of PT Sriboga Flour Mill, Irfan Wahyudi, added that this activity really helped SMEs to face the industrial era 4.0.
"This activity is expected to be able to maximize the preparation of SMEs for the all-digital industrial era 4.0 and prioritize quality," he explained.
The same thing was conveyed by the Regional Business Manager for Central Area 2 of PT Sriboga Fluor Mill, Matheus Agung. According to him, this activity will also improve the quality of products sold by SMEs.
"In terms of sales alone, premium products have increased by 20% this year compared to the previous year," he said.
Meanwhile, the Sriboga Customer Center (SCC) as a customer service center as well as the organizer of the event featured several Chefs, namely Chef Bangun Budianto from SCC Yogyakarta, Chef Rudi Nasrudin from SCC Semarang and Chef Roni from SCC Semarang along with the main sponsor chefs such as Chef Trisulo from Filma. , Chef Dicky from Emina Cheese demonstrated a variety of interesting applications using Super Premium class flour, including Hime (special flour for making bread), and Double Zero (special flour for making pastries). The applications demonstrated include making Chicken Croissant Cheese (Chickrocheese), Bluder Cheese, Pao Beef Maranggi, Brownies Cheese, and Palmsuiker Cupcake.
This activity is also the right momentum for PT Sriboga Flour Mill to reintroduce the 1kg packaging size of the Super Premium class flour so that it is more practical and economical for Bakey & UKM, Horeca, Start Up, and Household businesses in Indonesia.
