At the beginning of 2023, Sriboga Flour Mill held a Baking Demo event with the theme "Secrets of the Beginning of Perfection in Business Creation" at the Griptha Kudus Hotel on February 16, 2023, with approximately 250 participants. This activity was held to reinforce the existence of Sriboga Flour Mill so that it will become more attached to the hearts of consumers.
Baking demonstrations will be held in six cities in 2023, with Kudus being the first.Raising the Sriboga Baking and Cooking Asian Food sub-theme, we will provide innovative Asian food recipes. This activity was held to help business people innovate by concocting recipes from Asian food menus.
The implementation of this activity is due to the active role of the Sriboga Customer Center (SCC) team, which works with ingredient companies such as WinCheez, Filma, etc.
Sriboga Baking & Cooking Asian food will be demonstrated by 4 reliable chefs, namely, Chef Roni and Chef Rudi (from Sriboga), Chef Galih (from Filma), and Chef Budi (from WinCheez), along with recipes for confectionary creations ahead of the holidays, such as cakes and cookies. as well as Chicken Curry Noodle on the Asian Food menu.
In this activity, Sriboga Flour Mill will introduce superior wheat flour products called Super Premium Products. There are four brands, namely Hime for bread, Double Zero for pastries, Ninja for cookies, and Yokozuna for cakes, with 25 kg or 1 kg of packaging. These products will be of super-high quality and can increase sales value.
